Banking commissions derived from wire transfers on reservations are to be payed by sales agent or directly by client.
PBL, should receive full amount of reserved program rate quoted.
Reservations will be considered confirmed upon reception of 50 percent of quoted reserved program, the remaining balance must be deposited 60 days prior to arrival.
In the case that reservation is requested within 60 days of arrival full reservation rate must be deposited to consider reservation guaranteed and confirmed.
Wire transfers should be sent to our Usdls account in Chile.
Charges not included in programs rates: laundry, off meals beverages and liquor, special charges etc , will be payed at the lodge directly either in USDLLS bills travellers cheques or local currency.
PBL does not accept debit nor credit cards.
Cancellations will be reimbursed at 50 percent of reservation value deposited , if cancellation is affected 60 days prior to arrival.
Any cancellations affected with in the 60 days prior to arrival will not be reimbursed unless the forfeited cancelled program is re booked to a third party and in any case will be subject to a 50 percent reimbursement.
Reservations made with promotional prices will not be refunded.
